Standard Shipping within India is 3-5 Business days and 12-15 Business days for international Orders. In order to help sustain the environment with no unwanted Inventory burden certain Orders such as 'Fabric', ’Festive' etc are processed only after you have placed an order, all orders and may take 8-21 Business days for orders within India and 14-28 Business days for International Orders.

Orders during SALE period
Orders purchased on/during Sale or any Promotional Offer are not applicable for Returns or Exchanges. Due to volume orders during a Promotional Sale, orders may be delayed by a few days. Orders placed during/on Sale, may take an additional 8 Days.
Shipping for Orders placed within India using a Debit / Credit Card is FREE for all orders above Rs. 6000. Free Shipping is NOT applicable on/during Sale.
International Shipping rates are system generated and will be calculated based on your Location and Order Weight/Volume and will be notified to you at the time of check out.
Duties at destination is borne by the customer and it is specific to their local government taxes. We ship WorldWide.
Discount / Voucher Codes
If you have a Discount / Voucher Code, use it AFTER you ‘Add to Cart’ at the time of Check out, and it will calculate your Discount before you pay. Registration voucher code will not be applicable on/during Sale.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive your Tracking Number/ID in Invoice in your email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
It is mandatory that you write to us on email@example.com with your Order No. and Full Name along with reason for Exchange within 7 days of having received your product. Once we have acknowledged your email, you will be required to ship your product back to us at:

Upon receiving the product back in it's original condition along with it's tag intact, and Quality Check, we shall the initiate your refund or exchange as per your request.
We would require a further 8-14 Business Days to process your exchange. We typically Issue a Cheque or Wire it back into your account.
We have a no questions asked policy for any returns or exchanges made in their original condition within Seven (7) days since you have received the order unless specified on the product category. In case of any returns that are approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer within 15 Business days upon receipt of return package in it’s original condition, along with the tag intact. Only the Amount of your Product will be returned. Transaction and Shipping Fees are Not Refundable.
The amount will be refunded online or via Cheque.
Citrus Pay- Online transfer to the account.
Paypal- Refund by online transfer to account / cheque will be issued in customers name and couriered to their address.
Exclusion of Returns/Exchanges
Swim. Athleisure. Fabrics. Made to Order Products. Sarees. Orders or Orders from these have no returns or exchanges permitted.
In case of returns/ exchanges within India the shipment cost to us will be borne by the customer and the shipment cost to the customer is borne by us.
In case of International Return/Exchange kindly ship the product out within 7 Business days of the receipt of the product and do share the tracking number and courier of the same with our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In circumstances of International shipments, the shipping charges/ customs to send the product back to us and further send the exchange to the customer internationally shall be paid for by the customer only.
In Certain Products, such as Sarees, Safas, Festive 2019 etc and other products mentioned on the Product page, are not valid for returns or exchanges. In case of returns/exchanges for such a product, you shall receive a credit voucher worth the value of your product, valid for 30 days. For Shoes, We do not have a return option, only an Exchange for Size is available within 7 Days.
